5. Processing within the platform
5.1 Disclosure to registered brokers
When owners create a listing, the information they provide is made available to registered brokers insofar as this is necessary to prepare and submit offers.
5.2 Disclosure of contact details
Where owners release their contact details or use corresponding functions, these may be transmitted in a targeted manner to registered brokers to enable direct contact.
Disclosure is:
- not public
- exclusively within the platform
- only to registered and approved brokers
5.3 Paid access
Brokers may be granted access to certain data or contact details as part of paid services.
5.4 Recipients’ responsibilities
Recipients of data (in particular brokers) are obliged to:
- treat it confidentially
- use it exclusively for the intended purpose
- not pass it on to third parties without authorisation
Makli accepts no liability for the use of data by such recipients.
6. Use of AI (MakliBot)
Makli uses AI-assisted functions (“MakliBot”) for:
- answering user enquiries
- supporting property valuation
- analysing and comparing broker offers
- improving the user experience
To provide these functions, data may be transmitted where necessary to external technical service providers that supply AI models or corresponding infrastructure.
Processing takes place in compliance with applicable data protection rules and appropriate contractual and technical safeguards.
It cannot be ruled out that personal data may also be processed in the course of using AI systems.
AI-generated content is for support purposes only and may be incomplete or incorrect.
7. Disclosure to third parties
We disclose personal data only insofar as this is necessary:
